SHIPPING

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most of our orders ship within 2-4 business days of the date of purchase or 2-4 weeks if item is not set to ship. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We are closed on weekends.

(Note: These guidelines do not permit to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Holiday Season) 

 

BLACK FRIDAY / HOLIDAY GUIDELINES:

Discount Codes can NOT be applied after the customer has checked out. Discounts can NOT be applied to past or previous orders. You must enter your discount code upon placing order or you will not receive the discount.

Black Friday shipping takes 1-2 weeks for all in-stock items.

All DG Personalized Gothic Choker orders take 1-2 weeks for shipment. 

All custom DG Bomber Embroidered Jackets take 1-3 weeks for shipment.

All Black Friday Sales are final sale. All Black Friday Sales are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE. Exchanges or Store Credit only.

 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? (USA)

You will receive your order 2-6 business days from the date that it is shipped out—not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Si. Oui. Ja. Da. Aye. Hai. In other words—YES.

 

 

I ORDERED INTERNATIONALLY. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our estimated arrival time for international delivery is approximately 3-5 weeks, but this may vary depending on customs policies for your country. Free Shipping discount codes do not apply to International orders. 

 ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, HOLDING TIMES OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED. 

ALLOW 48 HOURS OF PROCESSING YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT.

 

 

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

DANIELLEGUIZIONY.COM is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact customer service and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a refund with notification within 4 days of when the item(s) were received. The physical item must be shipped out to us within 4 days of the initial purchase. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the physical state in which you received them including all original tags intact, bags, and free of defects . Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refunds will not include original shipping cost. 
  • ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS (Coupon Code applied) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  • All Jewelry, Swimsuits, Undergarments, Hats and Accessories are FINAL SALE**
  • All Signature DG Sweatsuits are non-refundable / non-returnable. Exchanges are accepted.

 

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

 

ALL CUSTOMIZED/INITIALED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RETURNABLE (PERSONALIZED ITEMS TAKE 1-4 WEEKS TO BE SHIPPED) - If needed, please email customerservice@danielleguiziony.com for sizing questions/sizing charts.

 

COUPONS/DISCOUNTS

We are not responsible for any coupon codes or discount codes prior to purchase that the customer had forgotten to enter upon placing order at checkout. After placing the order, we can no longer issue you the coupon discount if you had forgotten to apply it. Discounts are non-refundable if item is returned. 

Free shipping discount codes ONLY apply to standard U.S shipping. If priority/priority express shipping is selected, you will only receive standard shipping on your order.
