RTW Technical Designer (New York based):

This is a part time position.


Responsible for managing the design & final sample execution of all product categories for DANIELLE GUIZIO from research to idea generation, CAD, tech pack, to final sample.

  • Directly reporting to CEO.

  • Create both sketches, CADS, and tech packs from start to finish.

  • Provides strong visual research and create seasonal mood boards.

  • Provides support to and works collaboratively with members of the design team

  • Work on artwork, stitch layouts, trims, utilizing both hand drawn sketches and illustrator layouts

  • Assist in preparation for presentations

  • Archiving samples and materials

  • Work with pattern makers daily overseas to insure that design concepts are appropriately interpreted into samples.

  • Some communication may need to be done with factories on evenings & weekends to meet firm deadlines.

  • Produce standard tech pack for each style, containing detailed product specification instructions and required trims.

  • Responsible for managing the fit approval process and communicating corrections to factories daily.

  • Responsible for checking both the completed sample and pattern for accuracy.

  • Approve counter samples and pre-production samples.

  • Direct and lead Fit sessions weekly.

  • Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, digital photos and technical sketches as tools to communicate with vendors and factories.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Technical Design.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Fashion Design within the Luxury or High End Contemporary sector.

  • Working knowledge of garment construction.

  • Out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Strong working knowledge in Illustrator & Photoshop is required.

  • Ability to write detailed reports on pre-production samples.

  • Ability to properly measure garments according to manual standards.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with a keen sense of urgency.

  • Experience creating tech packs/CADs a must.

  • Experience in sketching & rendering.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

  • Must be proactive and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Product Development Coordinator (New York based):

As the Product Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support pertaining to all sample development, style information, and communicating daily with overseas factories. This role’s main objective is to work very closely with the Design Team & Production Manger to ensure the line development and sample process is on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Communicates with all overseas vendors to monitor updates and progress on sampling and production changes including design, pricing, MOQ, and lead-times.

  • Follow up with factories for all pre-production, photo samples, customer samples, and TOP samples.

  • Some factory communication required on evenings and weekends.

  • Assists with preparation and recaps for all production, fittings, and design meetings with the CEO.

  • Responsible for submitting all factory production orders and invoice creation. Update style information including but not limited to costing, fit, fabrication, and factory.

  • Compiles all requests and feedback from factories across all categories daily.

  • Communicate company-wide updates on sample arrivals, fit protos and final details.

  • Reviews all PP (Pre-Production) and TOP (Top of Production) samples and sends clear and meaningful comments to the team.

  • Assists Manager in keeping style library and fit library up to date.

  • Makes sure all comments are sent based on priority/delivery timeline to ensure no deliveries are delayed.

  • Updates style tech packs with finalized details.

  • Sends out reference samples for countering versions with multiple factory partners.

  • Request and review lab dips against seasonal color standards.

  • Monitor sample status to ensure timely arrival of swatch trials, protos, and confirmed samples.

  • Create sample reports tracking all categories sample ex-date status.

  • Review and update MSRPs to styles according to SKU Plan.

  • Manage the updating and finalization of style master to reflect updated prices as well as fully edited line list.

Required Skills -

  • Bachelors Degree in Product Development required.

  • 2 years of related experience in merchandising or product related role. RTW experience a plus.

  • Maintains a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing multiple projects.

  • Strong experience and proficiency in Excel and Office Suite.

  • Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency.

  • Extremely punctual and organized.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and take full ownership of tasks.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

Warehouse & Operations Coordinator (New Jersey based):


  • Process orders, returns & exchanges in a timely manner

  • Pick and package orders

  • Receive and process incoming shipment

  • Conduct quality checks on all inventory

  • Organize damages and defective items

  • Engage in physical warehouse activities

  • Lifting and moving materials & boxes

  • Be in daily communication with the Logistics, Production and Customer Service team


  • General knowledge & experience working in a warehouse and its daily operations

  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse and/or operations role

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Must be highly organized and have attention to detail

  • Must have an eye for efficiency and organization

  • Bring experience identifying and implementing new processes for improvement

  • Must be a problem solver

  • Must have excellent communications skills

  • Must have flexibility in hours - evenings and holidays
